Thomas GILPIN 
Thomas was born on July 23rd, 1700 in Birmingham, Chester, Pa. Thomas' father was Joseph GILPIN and his mother was Hannah GLOVER. His paternal grandparents were Thomas GILPIN and Joane BARTHOLOMEW; his maternal grandparents were George GLOVER and Alice LAMBOL OR LAMBOLL. He had five brothers and ten sisters, named Samuel, Joseph, George, Isaac, Moses, Rachael, Hannah, Ruth, Lydia, Ann, Sarah, Alice, Alice, Mary and Esther. He was the sixth oldest of the sixteen children. He died at the age of 66 on October 25th, 1766 in Wilmington, New Castle, Delaware.General Notes
