Josiah GIFFORD 
Josiah was born on February 27th, 1681 in Falmouth, Barnstable, Massachusetts. Josiah's father was William Jr. GIFFORD and his mother was Hannah UNKNOWN. His paternal grandparents were William GIFFORD and Patience RUSSELL. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Gideon, Gershom, Seth, Justice(Justus), William, Jabez, Experience Or Deborah, Mehitable, Mary, Hannah and Temperance. He died at the age of 79 on January 30th, 1761 in Dutchess Co, Ny. He was buried after 1733.General Notes
