John GIESEMAN

John was born on March 14th, 1797 in Roxbury, Frnk., Pa.  John's father was William GIESEMAN and his mother was Mary Catherine MEILY. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named George, UNKNOWN, Judith, George, Joseph, William, Jonathan, Judith, Catherine, Ann Elizabeth and Mary Catharine.  He was the fifth oldest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 17 on October 12th, 1814.
