Clodius was born in 0395 in Westphailia, Germany.  Clodius' father was Pharamond France and his mother is Argotta Salicfranks.  His paternal grandfather was Marcomir Franks and his paternal grandmother is Frotmund Frimutel; his maternal grandfather was Genebald Franks. He had a brother named Clodions.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 52 in 0447.
