Icy's father was Johnny Fisher and her mother is Mary Martin.  Her paternal grandparents were David Fisher and Henrietta Newhouse. She has three brothers and four sisters, named E. C., Emmit, Wilbur, Bertha A., Edna, Effie and Ernie.
