William Jackson FULCHER 
William Jackson was born in 1834 in , Wythe, Va. William Jackson's father was Douglas Jackson FULCHER and his mother was Nancy ATWELL. His paternal grandfather is Henry FALCHER; his maternal grandparents are John ATWELL and Martha RICE. He had a brother and five sisters, named Levi Franklin, Mary Ann, Jane, Martha, Nancy and Barbra (Barbary) Ellen. He was the youngest of the seven children.General Notes
