Silas Anthony Epperson 
Silas Anthony was born on August 11th, 1874 in Schuyler County, Mo. Silas Anthony's father was Sampson Epperson and his mother was Nancy H. Tucker. His paternal grandparents were Smithfield F. Epperson and Lucinda Hestor Ann Davis. He had three brothers and six sisters, named William R., Louis S., Thomas Jasper, Henrietta, Clara B., Nellie F., Jennifer, Elizabeth (Lizzie) and Infant. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 85 on April 9th, 1960 in Oregan City, Clackamus County, Oregan.-
