William Elgin 
William was born about 1759.1 William's father was James Elgin. His paternal grandparents were George Elgin and Elizabeth Adams. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Robert, Alexander, Charity, Ann and Grace. He was the second youngest of the six children. William is no longer alive.1 -
