John Elgin

John was born about 1709.¹ John's father was George Elgin and his mother was Elizabeth Adams. His maternal grandparents were Francis Adams and Grace Thomas. He had four brothers and two sisters, named James, William, Francis, George, Elizabeth and Ann.¹
