Mary Elizabeth was born on April 30th, 1874 in Kanawha Co., WV. Mary Elizabeth's father is Clarkston Edens and her mother is Mary Ann Haynes. Her maternal grandparents are Hugh Allen Hayes and Mary Ann Young. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Jospeh W., George A., James R., Milton W., Lemuel, William M., Martha E., Eliza M, Lizzie and Myrtie Jane. She was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 80 on June 29th, 1954 in Kanawha Co., WV.-
