William Howell EVANS 
William Howell was born on July 23rd, 1854 in Little Blue River, , Missouri. William Howell's father was Joseph Howell EVANS and his mother was Ruth EVAN. His paternal grandparents are Morgan EVANS and Charlotte LEONARD; his maternal grandparents are Walter EVAN and Anne THOMAS. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named Joseph Howell, John Howell, Thomas Leonard, Henry Morgan, Jonathan Walter, Oscar Young, Ethan, Hamlet, Anne, Charlotte Jane and Ruth Mary. He was the fourth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 74 on August 19th, 1928 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah. He was buried in Salt Lake City Cemetary, Salt Lake City, , Ut.General Notes
