Martha Elizabeth was born on April 21st, 1893 in Wellington, Carbon Co., Utah. Martha Elizabeth's father was Joseph Draper and her mother was Esther Silcock. Her maternal grandparents were Nicholas Thomas Silcock and Jane Heath. She had four brothers and seven sisters, named Joseph Arthur, John Edgar, Thomas Nicholas, Samuel Herman, Sarah Jane, Harriet, Nellie, Rosena, Esther Violet, Josephine and Leah. She was the second youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 81 on October 4th, 1974 in Murray, Salt Lake County, Utah, USA. She was buried on October 7th, 1974 in Murray, Salt Lake County, Utah, USA.-
