Egeline was born in 1287.1   Egeline's father is Hugh De Courtenay and her mother was Eleanor Le Despenser.  Her maternal grandfather was Hugh Le Despenser and her maternal grandmother is Aliva Basset.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 48 on October 10th, 1335.1
