John De Berkeley

John was born in 1273. John's father was Thomas De Berkeley and his mother was Joan Ferrers. His paternal grandparents were Maurice De Berkeley and Isabella De Chilham; his maternal grandparents were William De Ferrers and Margaret De Quincy. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Maurice, James, Thomas, Margaret, Isabel and Alice. He is the second oldest of the seven children.
