Robert was born about 1070 in Oxford,Oxfordshire,ENG. Robert's father was Nigel D' Oilly and his mother is Agnes UNKNOWN. His paternal grandfather is UNKNOWN D' Oullie. He had three brothers named Foulk, Roger and Nigel. He was the oldest of the four children. He died in 1157. He was buried in Eynsham,Oxfordshire,ENG.
They had three sons and a daughter, named Gilbert, Robert, Henry and Edith.
