William D. Crockett 
William D. was born on August 10th, 1709 in Huguenot Colony, New Rochelle, NY. William D.'s father was Joseph Louis Crockett and his mother was Sarah (Stuart) Stewart. His paternal grandparents were Antoine Dessaure Peronette De Crocketagene and Louisa De Saix; his maternal grandfather is Thomas (Stuart) Stewart. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Joseph Louis, John B., James Edward, Jason Spotswood, Thomas Stewart (Stuart), Elizabeth Lee, Martha Ellen, Mary Dandrige and Sarah Jane. He died at the age of 60 on June 9th, 1770 in Gibson, TN.General Notes
