Grover Cleveland 
Grover was born on March 18th, 1837 in Caldwell, New Jersey.1 Grover's father was Richard Falley Cleveland and his mother was Anne NEAL. His paternal grandfather was William Cleveland and his paternal grandmother is Margaret Falley; his maternal grandfather is Abner NEAL and his maternal grandmother was Barbara REAL. He had three brothers and five sisters, named William Neal, Richard Cecil, Lewis Frederick, Anna Neal, Mary Allen, Margaret Louise Falley, Susan Sophia and Rose Elizabeth. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 71 on June 24th, 1908 in Princeton, Mercer Co, New Jersey. When Grover Cleveland was sheriff of the Erie County Jail, Buffalo, NY heparticipated in the hanging of criminals. On Sept. 6, 1872 he actuallysprung the trap door at the execution of Patrick Morrissey, convicted ofstabbing his mother, and he "took charge" in the hanging of Jack Gaffney,who was convicted of shooting another man to death during a card game atBuffalo.

In 1893 President Cleveland contracted Cancer of the mouth, and had tohave his upper left jaw removed (with no publicity) July 1, 1893. By July17 more surgery was necessary, and after removing more of the growth hereceived an artificial jaw made of vulcanized RUBBER. By August 7th hehad recovered enough to be able to address Congress.
