William Claiborne 
William was born in August 1600 in Paris Church, Crayford, Kent, England and his baptism took place there on August 10th, 1600. William's father was Thomas (Cleyborne) Claiborne and his mother was Sara Smith. His paternal grandfather was Thomas Cleyborne and his paternal grandmother is Kathryn UNKNOWN. He was an only child. He died in Romancoke, New Kent, VA.
‌William and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony in 1635 in England. They had a son named Thomas.
