George COWPERTHWAITE

George was born in 1609 and his baptism took place on September 14th, 1609 in Hampsfield, , Lancaster, England.  George's father is Edward COWPERTHWAITE and his mother is Mabel BARROW.  His paternal grandfather was Nicholas COWPERTHWAITE and his paternal grandmother is Margaret Mrs COWPERTHWAITE; his maternal grandparents are Hugh BARROW and Mabel TAYLOR. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Nicholas, William, John, John, Thomas, Margaret and Agnes.  He is the second youngest of the eight children.
