James COFFIN

James was born about 1540 in Of, Portledge, Devonshire, England. James' father was Richard COFFIN and his mother is Wilmot CHUDLEIGH. His paternal grandparents are John COFFIN and Elizabeth (Phillippa) HINGSTON; his maternal grandfather was Richard CHUDLEIGH and his maternal grandmother is Mary (Waddam) WADHAM. He had five brothers and five sisters, named John, James, John, Edward, William, Anne, Christian, Elizabeth, Johanna and Margaret. He was the second youngest of the eleven children. He died on December 15th, 1566. He was buried on December 17th, 1566 in , Monkleigh, Devonshire, England.
