Mary Mildred was born on April 27th, 1875 in Springville, Utah, Ut. Mary Mildred's father was James Heber CLYDE and her mother was Mary FARNSWORTH. Her paternal grandparents were George Washington CLYDE and Cynthia DAVIS; her maternal grandparents were John FARNSWORTH and Jane SINGLETON. She had four brothers and five sisters, named James Clarence, Heber, Solomon Adelbert, Claud Edward, Florence, Lucy Lenore, Cynthia Jane, Midgie and Bertha.
