Joshua CHILDS 
Joshua was born on February 26th, 1657 in Roxbury, Suffolk, Massachusetts and his baptism took place there on February 27th, 1659. Joshua's father was Benjamin CHILD (CHILDE) and his mother was Mary BOWEN. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin CHILDE and Sarah SHENTON; his maternal grandparents were Griffith BOWEN and Margaret FLEMMING. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named Ephraim, Benjamin, (Infant), John, John, Joseph, Joseph, Mary, Elizabeth, Margaret and Mehetabel. He was the second oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 71 on January 18th, 1729 in Roxbury, Suffolk, Massachuesetts.General Notes
