John CARPENTER

John was born on March 25th, 1692 in Swansea, Bristol, Massachusetts and his baptism took place on June 21st, 1691 in Dorchester, Suffolk, Massachusetts.  John's father was Benjamin CARPENTER and his mother was Renew WEEKS. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Benjamin, Jotham, Job, Hezekiah, Edward Swanzey, Renew, Elizabeth, Hannah, Jane, Submit and Kesiah.  He was the sixth youngest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 74 in 1766 in Stafford, Tolland Co., Connecticut.  He was buried in 1766.
