Samuel J. Burchfield

Samuel J. was born on August 21st, 1867 in Hawkins County, Tenn.. Samuel J.'s father was Willliam Thomas Burchfield and his mother was Martha Bradshaw. His maternal grandparents were William Henry Bradshaw and Nancy Haynes. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Andrew Baxter, William Harve, David D., John Wesley, Blannie, Charles Blaine (Sr), Nancy, Amanda, Mary Ann (Mollie) and Sara Melissa. He was the second oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 58 on October 19th, 1925 in Hawkins County, Tenn..
