Mary Ann was born in 1786 in , , Washington, Tennessee. Mary Ann's father was Matthias BROYLES and her mother was Eva KLUG. Her paternal grandparents were Hans Jacob A BROYLES and Mary Catharine FLEISHMAN; her maternal grandparents were George Samuel KLUG and Susannah CASTLER. She had four brothers and seven sisters, named Ephraim, Matthias, Simeon, Julius, Rebecca, Eleanor, Ellender, Jemima, Elizabeth, Grace and Eve. She died at the age of 76 on December 15th, 1862 in , Greene, Tn. She was buried in 1862 in Harrisons Cem, Greene Co., Tn.General Notes
