Samuel Breese

Samuel was born on April 14th, 1758 in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Samuel's father was John Breese and his mother was Dorothy Riggs. His paternal grandparents are Sydney Breese and Miss Sedney; his maternal grandfather was Edward Riggs and his maternal grandmother is Aphia Stoughton. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John, Azariah, Henry, Stephen, Mary, Esther, Anna and Sarah. He was the youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 79 in 1837 in Pennsylvania.
