John Hunter Boyd

John Hunter was born on January 22nd, 1859. John Hunter's father was Pleasant Harris Boyd and his mother was Serepta Rachel Hunter. His maternal grandparents were Henry Hunter and Martha Murray. He had five sisters named Elizabeth, Mary Fredonia, Miranda Jane, Frankie H. and Henrietta. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 23 on December 13th, 1882 in , Parker, Texas. He was buried in Dean Cemetery, Parker, Texas.
