Patsy was born on January 11th, 1842 in , Monroe, Missouri. Patsy's father was Ezekial Billington and her mother was Polly Ann Ivie. Her maternal grandparents were Anderson Ivie and Sarah ALLRED. She had eight brothers and three sisters, named Elias, James Anderson, William Gordon, John, Rufus, Nathaniel, Henry Thomas, Ezekiel Alexander, Sally D., Elizabeth and Mary Ann. She was the second youngest of the twelve children. She died at just 8 days old on January 19th, 1842 in , Monroe, Missouri.General Notes
