John Diffy was born on March 13th, 1811 in Randolph, NC. John Diffy's father is Lemual Baum and his mother is Sarah Diffee. His maternal grandparents were William Diffee and Betty Ann UNKNOWN. He had a brother and two sisters, named Moses, Elizabeth and Mary. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 91 on August 22nd, 1902.
