Thaxton and (Mrs) ???. She had eight brothers and three sisters, named James W., Joseph W., Elijah, Hiram Henry, Benjamin Franklin, William Eli "Pess", John Wesley, Andrew, Mary E. "Polly", Martilla J. and Fanny. She was the oldest of the twelve children.-
