Samuel Ballinger 
Samuel was born on May 19th, 1733 in Evesham Twp, Burlington, NJ. Samuel's father was Thomas BALLINGER and his mother was Mary Elizabeth ELKINGTON. His paternal grandparents were Henry (None) BALLINGER and Mary (None) HARDING; his maternal grandparents were George ELKINTON and Mary HUMPHRIES. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Joshua, Amariah, Thomas, John, Mary, Susannah, Elizabeth and Rebecca. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 88 on February 22nd, 1822 in Evesham Twp, Burlington, NJ.General Notes
