Thomas was born on August 1st, 1682 in Wethersfield, Ct. Thomas' father was Emanuel BUCK and his mother was Mary KIRBY. His paternal grandparents were William BUCK and Mrs. William BUCK; his maternal grandparents were John KIRBY and Elizabeth HINDS.
