Ruth was born on December 4th, 1681 in Of Wethersfield, Hartford, Connecticut. Ruth's father was Henry BUCK and her mother was Elizabeth CHURCHILL. Her paternal grandparents were William BUCK and Mrs. William BUCK. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Henry, Samuel, Jonah, Ebenezer, Martha, Elizabeth, Mary, Sarah and Mehitable.
