Hugh was born in 1766 and his baptism took place on October 21st, 1766 in New Milne, Loudon, Ayrshire, Scotland. Hugh's father is Archibald BROWNING and his mother is Agnes MORTON. His paternal grandparents are Archibald BROWNING and Agnes FINDLAY; his maternal grandparents are John MORTON and Agnes SMITH.
