James BROWN

James was born on January 17th, 1681 in Marcus Hook, Delaware, Pennsylvania. James' father was James BROWNE and his mother was Honour CLAYTON. His paternal grandparents were Richard BROWNE and Mary MASTER. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Jeremiah, William, Claiton, Clayton, Jeremiah, Daniel, Ann, Margery and Mary. He is the second oldest of the ten children.
