Eustache De was born about 0960 in Of, Boulogne, Artois, France.  Eustache De's father was Arnoul (Arnold) (Ernulfe), Comte De BOULOGNE and his mother is Mrs-Arnoul, Comtesse De BOULOGNE. He had a brother and a sister, named Enricule "le Petit Arnoul", Comte De and Mahaud (Matilda) De.  He was the second oldest of the three children.  He died in Abbaye De Samer-Aux-Bois, France.
