Henry was born about 1504 in Of Barton, Eccles, Lancashire, England. Henry's father was William BOOTH and his mother is Ellen MONTGOMERY. His paternal grandfather was George BOOTH and his paternal grandmother is Catherine MOUNTFORT; his maternal grandparents are John MONTGOMERY and Mrs. John MONTGOMERY.
