John BERKELEY

John was born about 1579 in Of East Barnet, Middlesex, Eng. John's father was Rowland Berkeley and his mother is Catherine HAYWARD. His paternal grandfather was William BERKELEY and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth BUNGHILL; his maternal grandfather is Thomas HAYWARD. He had five brothers and nine sisters, named Edward, Henry, Thomas, Sir Robert, William, Dorothy, Katherine, Elizabeth, Eleanor, Jane, Joan, Mary, Anne and Joyce. He was the second oldest of the fifteen children. He died after 1634.
