William Preston was born on July 3rd, 1854. William Preston's father is Elias Benjamin BASS and his mother is Jane HORN. His paternal grandfather was Sion Bradford BASS and his paternal grandmother is Sallie PHILLIPS. He had two brothers and a sister, named Richard Sion, Henry Bozwell and Mary Margaret.
