Lydia was born about 1568 in Of Ashford, Kent, Eng.. Lydia's father was John BANKES and her mother was Margery MASTERSON. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Caleb, Joshua, Daniel, John, Tabitha and Priscilla. She was the third youngest of the seven children.
