Elizabeth (Eliza) was born on September 21st, 1801 in Richmond, Cheshire, Nh. Elizabeth (Eliza)'s father was James BALLOU and her mother was Mehetabel INGALLS. Her paternal grandparents were James BALLOU and Tamasin COOK; her maternal grandparents were Henry INGALLS and Sibel CARPENTER. She had four brothers and two sisters, named James, James, Henry, Rufus (Twin), Mehetabel (Twin) and Alpha. She was the second youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 86 on January 21st, 1888 in Mentor, Lake, Ohio.General Notes
