Reuben Apperson 
Reuben was born on March 7th, 1779 in Culpeper Co., VA. Reuben's father was Francis Apperson and his mother was Betty Long. His paternal grandfather was William Epperson and his paternal grandmother is Ruth??? UNKNOWN. He had six brothers and two sisters, named John, Gabriel, George, Washington, Nimrod, Ephraim, Nellie Harrison and Nancy Kay. He was the youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 105 in 1884.General Notes
