Lewis Porter was born on October 12th, 1831 in , Monroe, Missouri. Lewis Porter's father was William Hackley Allred and his mother was Elizabeth Ivie. His paternal grandparents were T.S. James Allred and Elizabeth Warren; his maternal grandparents were Anderson Ivie and Sarah ALLRED. He had seven brothers and nine sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Wilson Monroe, Monroe, Enoch, Joseph Robert, Hyrum, Amasa Lyman, Willis Winfield, Matilda Katherine, Delila Mildred, Pauline Jane, Emma, Sarah Elizabeth, Sarah Elizabeth, Celeste Rosalia, Mary E. Franklin, Mary E. Franklin and Toins. He was the fourth oldest of the eighteen children. He died at the age of 71 on December 10th, 1902 in Gainsville, Cooke, Texas.General Notes
