Alice was born in 1304 in Hadley ,Staffordshire ,England.  Alice's father was Hugh AUDLEY and her mother was Isolde (Iseude, Iswolde) De MORTIMER.  Her paternal grandparents were James de AUDLEY and Ela LONGSPEE; her maternal grandparents were Edmund De MORTIMER and Margaret De FIENNES. She had three brothers named Hugh De, Nicholas De and James.  She was the youngest of the four children.  She died in , Greystoke, Northumberland, England.  She was buried in Cathedral, Durham, Durham, England.

‌Alice and Ralph FitzRobert De were married in a religious ceremony on November 25th, 1317 in Dispensation, Stretton Audley, Oxfordshire, England.  They had two sons named Ralph FitzRalph and William Fitzralph De.

‌Alice and Ralph were married in a religious ceremony on January 14th, 1326 in Stratton Audley ,Oxfordshire, England.  They had six sons and eight daughters, named John, Ralph De, Thomas De, Robert De, William De, Alexander De, Catherine, Catherine de, Eupheme de, Eleanor De, Margaret, Elizabeth De, Isabel De and Margaret.
