Premislava's father was Vladimir "The Great" Sviatoslawitz and her mother was Rognieda Von Polotzk.  Her paternal grandparents were Svyatislav I Igorevich and Malousha Maljewitsch; her maternal grandfather was Rogvolod UNKNOWN. She had eight brothers and two sisters, named Yaropolk, Swjatopolk I, Mstislav, Boris, Sudislav, Sviataslav, Vissavald, Iasaslav, Dobronegra Mariya and Gelb. She had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named Wizeslau, Prince Of, Boris Of, Gleb Of, Sviatopolk and Daughter of St. Vladmir.  She died about 1015.
