Constantinus (General) was born in 1075 in Constantinople, Turkey.  Constantinus (General)'s father was Manuel (Manolis) Angelos. He had three brothers named Nikolaos, Ioannes and Michael.  He was the oldest of the four children.  Constantinus (General) is no longer alive.
