His paternal grandfather was Gundicaire UNKNOWN; his maternal grandparents were Chief Of The Suevics UNKNOWN and Daughter Of Walia UNKNOWN. He had three brothers named Gundobad, Godwgesil and Gundomar. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 40 in 0490 in Burgundy, France.1 General Notes
