Rixa was born in 1018 in Poland. Rixa's father was Mieszko Lambert Piast and her mother was Richeza (Rixa) Von Pfalz- Lorraine. Her paternal grandparents were Boleslaw I 'The Brave' King Of Poland and Judith UNKNOWN; her maternal grandparents were Ezzo UNKNOWN and Matilda Princess Of Saxony. She had three brothers and a sister, named Boleslaw, Kazimierz I 'The Restorer', Casimir and Gertrude. She was the second youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 34 in 1052.1 General Notes
