Bjorn 'Ironside' was born in 0802. Bjorn 'Ironside''s father was Ragnar Sigurdson and his mother was Aslaug Sigurdsdottir. His paternal grandparents were Sigrurd Randversson and Alfhild Gandolfsdottir; his maternal grandfather was Sigurd UNKNOWN. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Halfdan 'White Shirt', Ivar I 'The Boneless', Ubbe, Eric, Ragnhildr and Alof. He had a half-brother named Sigurd II Snogoje 'Snake In Eye'. He died at the age of 78 in 0880.-
