Isabel was born in 1210 in Buckinghamshire, England.1 Isabel's father was Jacques De Conde and her mother was Agnes De Roeux. Her paternal grandparents were Nicholas De Conde and Isabel De Moreaumes; her maternal grandparents were Eustace De Roeux and Marie De Mortaigne. She was an only child.1 -
